Shipping from United States
• I will ship all packages using USPS First Class mail within 72 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays) unless I am waiting for parts for a custom order. As a courtesy, I will send you a convo to let you know the status of your order and when it ships. Once the package has been accepted into the USPS system I cannot be responsible for it. I have never had any trouble shipping with them.
If you prefer Priority 2-day mail, let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional charge.
• For extra security, you may request insurance (all orders over $100 are automatically shipped with insurance).
• I will gladly combine shipping on all orders going to the same address.
Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Please be aware that custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks to be made. If you have a time crunch on a personalized piece, I will do my best to work with you to get it to you on time!
