Kodee has come into the Church and had the privilege of receiving the first four sacraments: Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation.
Her special keepsake rosary is made with mixed purple Czech pressed glass beads for the Aves, and pewter roses for the Paters.
Each Ave is spaced with three beads, representing the Most Holy Trinity.
On either side of the Pater are seven beads, representing the seven sacraments. The first four are Swarovski crystals in different shades of pink and purple to represent the sacraments she is receiving. The other three pink seed beads represent the sacraments yet to be received.
The centerpiece is a chalice surrounded by angels.
A St. John Paul II medal hangs with the fancy crucifix.
Zoe’s 1st Holy Communion Rosary is just beautiful! The Aves are 6mm frosted glass purple beads with clear glass Czech seed beads as the spacers. The Paters are faceted glass beads with a rose inlay. These unique beads are surrounded by Swarovski crystals. The chalice centerpiece is antique silver and the fancy crucifix is oxidized metal. All letters and numbers are rhodium plated pewter. The connections are double crimped for durability. Congratulations, Zoe!!
We are really loving our new colorful “Our Lady of Guadalupe” centerpieces. The bright miracle beads coordinate so nicely and have been a lot of fun to work with. How perfect that the “miracle” bead goes with Our Lady of Guadalupe! If you would like a rosary like this let me know and I’ll be happy to work with you to put one together 🙂 e-mail: email@example.com
Catherine will be confirmed in the Catholic faith on 4-16-2013. Her patron saints are St. Joan of Arc and St. Jude. She designed and made her own rosary, so it has such a special meaning for her. Catherine chose purple iridescent pressed glass beads for the Aves, along with her name, date and 2 patron saint names. The Paters are each a different color of 9mm pressed glass beads. All spacers are antique silver. The St. Jude centerpiece and Orthodox crucifix are both oxidized metal and made in Italy. What fun it was to help Catherine make this keepsake rosary that will bring her many years of peace, joy, prayer and devotion. Congratulations, Catherine!
These single decade zipper pulls are perfect for a backpack or purse and don’t necessarily need to be attached to a zipper! They feature a silver plated lobster clasp, one Pater and 10 Aves. At the end hangs a silhouette cross and Guardian Angel. (Several different beads and charms available) All the connections are double crimped for strength and durability, knowing that it will be handled a lot. This is a simple reminder that anytime is a good time to say a decade of the rosary. It is also a great tool for evangelization as people will ask what your cute little zipper pull is!
